★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this place. Very poor and overpriced service. The lady didn't seem to bother completing the manicure service and I ended up with several cuts. Worst nail polish one can imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this place. I called to ask if i could come. When i got there i waited 50 mins. Then when she was doing my nails i said i wanted them straight she made them crooked. I had to constantly ask her to fix things like it was my job. Was one of the worst nail experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst nail salon ever. I have been to many nail salons and I never had an experience like this. I mentioned several times that I wanted things differently and they still made a complete mess of it. Never had my acrylics done so terrible. When I said I didn’t wanted to pay the full amount they accused me of being stoned or poor. Awful people, awful service, awful nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the service. Went twice to do manicure and gel polish and both times the ladies were very detailed and my manicure lasted a long time. Also it really helps that it is easy to book quickly, since in most other places in Groningen you have to book at least a week in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not confident the tools are even clean. Terrible overpriced pedicure and bad color choices. They charge 10 euro extra to put color. Truly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Wait and go elsewhere. Had to ask for clear over coat and they didn’t put a base coat. I don’t like posting reviews, but this place should be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst nail salon experience of my life. They did not bother cleaning up from the previous customer (there was still dust everywhere). It was really disgusting overall. They cut my cuticle and I was bleeding, and the manicure wasn't even that nice. Save your money and go somewhere else. I paid 100+ for 2 sets of below mediocre nails. Would never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done here yesterday. I don't know where to even begin, the place had not been cleaned or wiped down after the previous customer, nail dust/shavings all around, the towel did not look like it was changed before me, in general all the tools look like they'd not been wiped or cleaned in forever. The nail tech did not properly clean my cuticles and started applying the gel to not just my nail bed but also cured it onto my cuticle, then later to get it off she used the file which cut my cuticle making me bleed multiple times. Despite the horrible and unhygienic methods, i expected to at least see a nice end result for the price that I payed which was not less, I ended up with very inconsistent nails, some nails had gel stuck onto my finger way past my nail bed, some much thicker than others and the edges were rough. By writing this review, I do not want to be mean and disregard the artists work but I think for health and hygiene reasons as well as to get your moneys worth, I would not recommend this place.
