I recently made two separate orders online and I found that the products were shipped fast and that they were suitably (enough to prevent damage, little enough material to not make it wasteful) packaged. We are happy with what we bought!

I've visited the store when I went to Groningen a few weeks ago and immediately obsessed with the store. There are all kinds of necessary cooking/kitchen related products and I bought several items. Beside that I found nice dinnerwares. I didn't have enough time to check them at that time, so I searched the website at home and ordered several bowls, cups and saucers, etc. The delivery was fast and all products were packed very safely! And I am totally satisfied with the products!??????

Very bad experience. I ordered 4 items and 2 of them arrived broken. I have sent an email to the customer service asking a refund and they are still ignoring me (after more than a month). Very disappointed.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I received delivery of my order and I am displeased with the care in packaging the goods. Upon opening the box the items were found tightly packaged together in cling film but thrown in an oversized box with not enough bubble wrap. Needless to say there were items broken inside. There was no damage to the box, the items broke because they were poorly packaged. Additionally two items to my order were not received and the broken items were surplus to items that were ordered. So a mistake was made in allocating the order. Now, why am I spending so much time with this review? Because I am upset with someone's disregard for processing and dispatching an order. It shows no care in what is being done and gives you a bad shopping experience. There seemed to be light at the end of the tunnel as the customer service manager who handled the issue genuinely took an interest in resolving the problem, promising to dispatch the replacement items. However, almost a month later and the replacement items have not been received. Additionally, they will not reimburse me even though a claim has been filed against them with PayPal. They want to give me a full refund if I return all the goods . . . shipping at my expense. What a sneaky way of being difficult. They are an awful retailer that should be avoided, creating nothing but hassle and are dishonest in resolving problems.

I placed and order of a glass jar in August 2021. After 2 weeks i received a message that the product is returned to cookinglife due to some technical reasons. When i contacted the seller the replayed me that they will refund once they received returned product. After 4 moths i am still waiting for my refund. Whenever i contact cookinglife regarding this they reply me that the product is in transit to their warehouse. A product still in transit for the last 4 months what a jock?

I bought 8 butterknives from laguiole in October for a Christmas gift, it was the wrong colour when my sister unwrapped the gifts ( I wrote in the comments to Cooking Life that it was for Christmas when I placed the order) and was sure they would write me back if it couldn’t be refunded Now they write back that they can’t do a refund because of the refund policy? I wouldn’t have bought the knives if they couldn’t be refunded I will never use Cooking Life, they should be more flexible and I offered to pay the return

Ordered 6 pasta bowls and when I had opened the box, 4 of them bowls are broken into pieces. Only 2 bowls remain intact. Packaging wasn't very good. Really disappointed as they look beautiful.

Excellent online store. Great customer support services. Very fast shipping. I ordered something through bol.com which was advertised by mistake as a set of two but I received only one. I called customer support and the employee who picked up was very polite and immediately offered to send the second item for free because it was their mistake on the website.
