Many dentists and always nice. It remains a dentist so not a happy place to be.

Twice my appointment wasn’t recorded correctly, a lot of my time wasted. Costs are much higher than estimated.

Heard about Ana Hernandez from a friend. Was definitely worth the trip. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Excellent experience getting an implant. Everything well explained and professional. Not my permanent dentists due to the location, but would recommend.

We waited 2-months for an appointment, which then started more than 1-hour late. It took 2 visits to do a basic root-canal (it seems they were too tired or busy to complete it in one go), and now my wife (who had the root canal) is in excruciating pain with a possible infection. When asked if they could help us, they suggested we call the hospital. Incompetent and uncaring to say the least. Note that all positive reviews on Google are from "local guides", while non-professional reviewers all give terrible reviews.

Honestly the WORST experience so far!!!!!! 1. Treatment Periodontitis, the treatment process was horrible. It is a painful process, the dentist was operating in such a brutal way. A lot of blood came during the process of course , but she shows nothing but impatience. Rudely asking the patient to hold on and not allowing to spit until the blood came into throat causing coughing and chocking! 2. Second treatment again was with so brutal method. Gum was swollen for so many days and can only have fluid food for days. And most importantly, aftercare part. The dentist tried to stuck in a very large interdental brush into the teeth which caused enormous pain. This was checked later with another dentist, which confirmed to be a VERY WRONG action to do. Gum was damaged and again purely suffering for days. 3. The checkup after the treatment. It is said that after three treatments, you need to come back for a check. Total check up time is 12 minutes, dentist didn't even use any tools to check, just randomly saying it is not completely cleaned, you need to have more sessions. And 175 euros bill was charged under "discussion of follow up treatments". Reception says it is charged under the right code. I just regret so badly i choose this dental clinics. Honest feeling is you only care about making x-ray pictures while there's already several taken and charge you under so-called national code. Staff working there is most of the time impatient and rude. Discussion during the call sounds like a fight. I heard the sentence "It is what it is" so many times during a call. I have spent more than 10 years with my previous dentist and nothing like this has happened. Completely disappointed and angry.

Soo happy with my treatment- it’s a life changer for me. I would recommend this dentist for aesthetic treatments; I had a missing tooth and a yellow front tooth before, so was embarrassed to smile. Now I have perfect looking white, aligned teeth thanks to the caps/ crowns. Ana was great- talking me through the whole process before and during the procedures, and she really is a perfectionist who cares about the final results for her patients.
