Na indienen klacht per mail, wordt er geantwoord dat ze je niet zouden zijn vergeten. Dit maakt het verhaal m.i. nog slechter. Hoop voor ze dat ze dit snel verbeteren. They keep you waiting structurally. Today more than 30 minutes with a story that they have forgotten you. After submitting a complaint by email, it will be answered that they would not have forgotten you. This makes the story even worse. Hope for them to improve this soon.

Natuurlijk zijn ze niet perfect, maar als er iets is, dan word het snel en professioneel opgelost. Ik ben zeer tevreden over deze praktijk. You get a good explanation about what they do and what the state of affairs is, or actually state of teeth. Of course they are not perfect, but if there is something, it is solved quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with this practice.

WERKELIJK DE SLECHTSTE ORTHO DIE JE KAN KIEZEN!!! Ze beloven je een snel behandel traject vervolgens ben ik nu al 3 jaar bezig en ben 18 jaar dus valt niet meer binnen de basis verzekering. This orthodontic practice is always late with your appointment, they can't think along if you are limited in times and now they are also open 3 days a week! REALLY THE WORST ORTHO YOU CAN CHOOSE!!! They promise you a quick treatment process, then I have been working for 3 years now and I am 18 years old, so it is no longer covered by the basic insurance.
P	P J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to fill in a complaint about communication regarding a invoice I got from them. I tried for two weeks to speak to someone whom I could discuss the complaint with. First they promised me two times to get back to me because the person who was responsible for complaints was not available at that time. Today I recieved an e-mail asking me to call them back after they had tried to reach me, which is odd sins I was never called by them. I called them as requested and the assistent picking up the phone told me that she discussed the complaint with the person in charge and that I had to pay the invoice no mather what. I asked if I could speak to the person that is responsible as was promissed and she told me that this was not posible. I dont care about the complaint anymore, the way they handled my request is in my opion not done and I dont want to do any business with the practice ever again.
