Was er vroeger bij zelfstandige tandartsen nog een bepaalde coulance, is die tegenwoordig ver te zoeken in dit soort praktijken. Meerdere malen hebben we dure consulten moeten betalen waarbij niet eens in de mond gekeken werd. Als je maar een paar woorden wisselt Met de tandarts en er verder niks gebeurd, voel je je zwaar bekocht als je bedragen van 40 Euro af moet rekenen. Daar valt niet tegenop te werken.
