U kunt uw opmerking, suggestie of klacht kenbaar maken bij uw behandelaar of de receptie. Ook kunt telefonisch contact opnemen (020- 618 00 74) of per e-mail naar [email protected]. Vervolgens bespreken wij uw opmerkingen intern met de verantwoordelijke betrokkenen en nemen wij binnen drie dagen contact met u op.
Klachtenregeling
Wij proberen samen met u een oplossing te vinden. Mocht dit onverhoopt niet lukken dan is het misschien goed om te weten dat u gebruik kunt maken van de ANT en KNMT klachtenregeling waar wij bij zijn aangesloten.
De klachtenregeling van deze tandheelkundige beroepsorganisaties voldoen aan de eisen die de Wet Klachtrecht Cliënten Zorgsector aan iedere zorgverlener stelt. De KNMT kan bemiddelen of overgaan tot een formele behandeling van uw klacht en een uitspraak doen. Aan de klachtenregeling zijn geen kosten verbonden. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Dental Factory about my condition/problem and I got an appointment scheduled in a few days time on the same day and it was all very professional and easy. After the consultation I was scheduled for 2 deep cleaning sessions with Marlou Pleijsier on a very short waiting time!
My gums were very infected and swollen, but her professional approach made the whole experience very painless and her advice on dental hygiene and overall care of the patient were absolutely spot on. Today was my last session and my gums are already feeling a lot better and less swollen! My teeth are also significantly cleaner and I am very happy with the result! I strongly recommend Marlou Pleijsier for your dental hygiene concerns and procedures!! And in general Dental Factory for your dental care! Super friendly, super professional and international friendly! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so, I saw this super fancy and credible looking clinic while I was walking towards home so I decided to register and move my dental services here.
It was amidst the lockdown when I made an appointment and was really a challenge to make one. I booked 2 services - cleaning and filling. When I finally came to Dental Factory, I was expecting to get the services I booked which is pretty normal however, my expectations turned into a nightmare
First, the dentist did only the upper part of my teeth. Basically, I felt that she was trying to prolong the process so she could in the end tell me that she can only clean the upper part, but who does this? Number 1: We are in the period where booking an appointment is so difficult and Number 2: I have to go out with only the upper part of my teeth cleaned? Unbelievable.
Second was the most traumatizing experience. Instead of getting fillings, the 2 dentists consumed my whole time just by taking pictures of my teeth, gums and even a portrait shot of me using atleast 3 different types of camera (By the way, I found out from a Dutch friend that this is a trick to get you charged big time but little did I know that you can always say no to this. Usually they will not ask and you’ll think that this will just take 5mins but not, so be careful.)
Had to book another appointment for the rest of the services (which of course will be in 2-3months) they advice which will cost me almost 3000 euros. In the end, I walked away feeling so shocked about the whole experience with just my upper teeth cleaned.
Wait, and there’s more… they are charging me an extra cost.
How is this normal?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the dentist and the hygienist that I see are excellent, accommodating and really provide a top class service. Really, really great with expats living in Amsterdam. The facilities feel like a 5star hotel and even with corona restrictions they do their utmost to help from the reception staff to the support staff and everyone in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I went for a checkup because my teeth was hurting me. They sent me to another dentist, than they sent me to another dentist saying they can't do it. Oke, I get that. They made an appointment for me. Went to the other dentist and they sent me back to Dental factory. Mind you for every appointment I have to pay. A few days after the appointments I get a bill for €42, €73,83 & €16. Al the while nothings has been done yet, every time just a picture taken & the same consult. I'm very disappointed in them & I don't think I'll be using there services anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an infection which got out of hand really fast, even while using antibiotics. Was able to make an appointment here for the next day (a Saturday) and got helped really well. Not too formal and really professional. I was explained what was going to happen, it was done pretty fast, and afterwards got a recipe for the pharmacy for some extra strong pain killers. And not too expensive either. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I feel like I have been completely scammed. I had to do 3 cavities and 1 root canal, ended up paying about 1500€. Moreover, the treatments were done poorly, i had pain persisting after getting treated, and even had to go back to adjust a filling that broke after 2 days.
I was advised to see a specialist (which costed me 300€ more than what they said it would). Ridiculous, if I knew this was the level I would have never choose to go. 100% do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve just had my teeth cleaned by Erol and I highly recommend him to everyone. He’s passionate about his profession and it shows. He explains very well what he’s about to do and what you can do to maintain your teeth as well. What I especially appreciated was his gentle touch. Very quickly you notice how he makes sure you have the least amount of inconvenience which also helps you relax throughout the procedure. That’s why I also recommend him to anyone who has fear of going to the dentist. I’ve made sure to book my next appointment with him!
