Hebben een helder verhaal over de behandelingen en geven de ruimte voor eigen inbreng of keuzes.
Gaan ook leuk met kinderen om, zonder die daarbij te veel hun zin te laten doordrijven.
A nice, new and modern practice. Atmospheric rooms with modern equipment and professional dentist and assistants.
Have a clear story about the treatments and give room for personal input or choices.
They also enjoy having fun with children, without letting their meaning drift too far.

β β β β β Mijn dochter had ik daar al een tijdje.Tot ik daar ook heen ging. Ik heb veel angst voor de tandarts gehad maar hier word je gerust gesteld en ze zijn erg vriendelijk.
Nu ga ik daar al weet heel wat jaartjes heen en nog steeds tevreden!!!!!
I had my daughter there for a while, until I went there too. I have had a lot of fear for the dentist but here you are reassured and they are very friendly.
I have been going there for quite some years now and still satisfied !!!!!

β β β β β Praktijk White Label is een moderne praktijk met goede tandheelkundige zorg. Vriendelijke mensen, behulpzaam en zorgzaam. Zijn duidelijk in wat ze van je verwachten als patiΓ«nt. Ze gaan echt een relatie met je aan, maar de afspraken zijn dan ook wel wederzijds. Ik hou daar wel van en vind dat zeer professioneel. Je gaat echt een committent aan met elkaar aan voor je eigen mondzorg.
Practice White Label is a modern practice with good dental care. Friendly people, helpful and caring. Are clear about what they expect from you as a patient. They really enter into a relationship with you, but the agreements are then also mutual. I like that and find it very professional. You really commit to your own oral care.

Ik kom er meer dan 20 jaar. Ik ga met een prettige gevoel weer naar huis.

β β β β β The worst experience I have had in Amsterdam with a Praktijk.
Had 5 appointments with them scheduled, I had 2 appointments done, for which they send you a reminder 48 hrs before your appointment which is good. Then one morning, the Praktijk calls that I have an appointment as we speak. I explained that I did not know of it because I have not received any messages as reminders as they usually do.
I would have had plenty of work to be done there and money to spend, however the way they dealt with my 'missed appointment' (that i did not know about because they failed to send me a text that I relied on as they usual procedure or even consider that was not intentional), was to send me an email to tell me that they cancelled all of my future 3 appointments that I carefully planned my work schedule around, and sent me a bill for the missed one.
Such an unprofessional way of handling customers and doing business and I do not recommend it to anyone. I am actually sorry it did not work out and donβt understand why would they handle a situation in this manner.
It left such a bad taste in my mouth...

β β β β β Tried to make an appointment with the knowledge that I was still a client there whereby I got an email that they didn't have me in the system because they removed from it without any notice.
The way that it was communicated was utterly annoying and disrespectful.Customer service 0.
Thank god I found another dentist directly since I had an emergency.
