War kein Problem dürfte mit sofort eine Tasche aussuchen und würde ausgetauscht. Differenzen am Preis habe ich nur bezahlt. Top. Kunden freundlich. Danke für die schnelle Hilfestellung. Danke immer wieder
Very friendly staff. Had a complaint with my handbag that was less than 2 years old and broken .. Material on the handle was broken. Was no problem should be able to choose a bag immediately and would be exchanged. I only paid differences in price. Top. Customer friendly. Thanks for the quick help. Thanks again and again
