Service, Freundlichkeit alles mehr als super. Die Beraterin konnte das Problem innerhalb von 20 Minuten lösen. Wir wurden top bedient und konnten alles direkt mitholen. Wir können nur sagen besser geht es nicht und wir werden zukünftig immer in einen Shop gehen, statt Hotline. We went to the shop in Oberhausen because they didn't help us with the telephone service. What should we say TOP. Service, friendliness everything more than great. The counselor was able to solve the problem within 20 minutes. We were served very well and were able to pick up everything right away. We can only say it couldn't be better and in future we will always go to a shop instead of a hotline.
