Besonders eine Dame, die so auffällig geschminkt ist mit großer Brille, springt einem vor Freundlichkeit bald ins Gesicht... Es sei denn, sie hat mal einen guten Tag.. So sollte man Kunden nicht behandeln. Unfreundlichkeit und Arroganz geht in der heutigen Zeit echt gar nicht... Anyone who has to go there needs good nerves and time ... Especially a lady who is so conspicuously made up with big glasses, jumps in your face with friendliness ... Unless she's having a good day .. This is not how you should treat customers. unkindness and arrogance really doesn't work these days ...

Es war mehrfach zu beobachten, dass sie auch Menschen mit Verständigungs- und anderen Problemen sehr geduldig und engagiert halfen. Alle Kunden werden stets zuvorkommend bedient. Deshalb bin ich die letzte Zeit lieber mit dem Auto zur nächsten Post gefahren, anstatt diese um die Ecke zu nutzen. Es ist schade, dass das sich Bild und Ruf dieser Post aufgrund des Verhaltens von einer Person verschlechtert und die Menschen nicht mehr gerne kommen. Gestern bin ich dann aus Zeitgründen in diese Post gegangen und wurde positiv überrascht ! Eine Mitarbeiterin mit unheimlich freundlichem Wesen und einer Engelsgeduld und Ruhe hat mich bedient ! Wir kommen wieder :) I join a review here that stated that one of the staff members is not friendly, not at all to be honest. That's why I recently preferred to drive to the next post office instead of using it around the corner. It is a shame that the image and reputation of this post has deteriorated due to one person's behavior and people no longer like to come. Yesterday I went to this post due to lack of time and was pleasantly surprised! An employee with an incredibly friendly nature and an angelic patience and calm served me! We will be back :)
