★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schneller und persönlicher Service. Das Personal gibt dich echt Mühe dringende Rezepte einzulösen, obwohl das laut dem Rabatt ertragen der Krankenkasse angegebe Produkt gerade Mal nicht vorrätig ist und KANN ein Ersatzprodukt anbieten.
Fast and personal service. The staff are really bothering you to redeem urgent prescriptions, even though the product is not in stock and can offer a replacement product.

Jedoch unflexibel, wenn Dinge bestellt werden sollen, die eher unüblich sind, z.B. da offiziell Reformhausware, obwohl im Internet vom Kunden selber ohne Probleme möglich. So wird der jahrzehntelang treue Kunde ins Internet getrieben. So funktioniert Einzelhandel 2.0 oder 4.0 bestimmt nicht!!
Reputable, good pharmacy. However, inflexible when ordering things that are rather unusual, e.g. officially as health food store, although the customer himself can do it online without any problems. This is how the customer, who has been loyal for decades, is driven onto the Internet. This is not how retail 2.0 or 4.0 works !!
