★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werd daar heel vriendelijk geholpen. Echter, wat bleek? Mijn pakket was al 12 dagen voor mijn komst teruggestuurd naar de afzender. Track en tracecode werkte niet, nooit een bericht gekregen dat zij aan de deur waren geweest. De verzender had wel een bericht gekregen.
De ster is voor de vriendelijke dames. De organisatie krijgt een dikke 0! Nu, in de lock-down maar zien of ik op tijd een ander passend kerstcadeau kan vinden.
 Was very kindly helped there. However, what turned out? My package had already been returned to the sender 12 days before my arrival. Track and trace code did not work, never received a message that they had been at the door. The sender did receive a message.
The star is for the friendly ladies. The organization gets a big 0! Now, in the lock-down, let's see if I can find another suitable Christmas present in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor planning - very poor in comparison to the Dutch postal services of PostNL at least in the region of Amsterdam. Window for delivery is very wide and gets adjusted during the day to even further widen this up. No way of knowing when you need to be home

They always refuse delivery on a floor. They call intercom and ask me pick up my paid (!) delivery from downstairs. When I refuse, because I’m having important call/can’t leave a child alone and etc, a DHL employee just marks a package if I wouldn’t be at home and forces me pick up from delivery point, which far away.
So now if I see only one delivery option - DHL I don’t order at all. I wish they changed their business model or whatever it’s.
