โ โ โ โ โ Super slecht. Hele dag wachten op een pakket. Moet steeds track en trace in de gaten houden. Bij andere bedrijven krijg je een sms/ bericht of email. Moet wel bij de tijd blijven he dhl? Om 21.00 zie ik ineens staan โwe hebben u gemistโ terwijl ik de hele dag thuis ben en de bel het prima doet. Dus ook even op de camera gekeken. En nee hoor, geen chauffeur te bekennen de gehele dag. Wat een leugenaars. Als klant en bedrijf zijnde zou ik adviseren om niet met zulke oplichters in zee te stappen, want dat zijn het. Bij drie eerdere keren heb ik dezelfde situatie meegemaakt met hun. Voor mij noooit meer dhl. Heel jammer voor de bedrijven die wel met hun werken.

For me, no more DHL. Very unfortunate for the companies that work with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Terwijl ik wel thuis was, werd het op 'we hebben u gemist' gezet. Vervolgens 2 dagen later in de brievenbus bezorgd, terwijl ik niet thuis was.
While I was home, it was set to 'we missed you'. Then delivered 2 days later in the mailbox, while I was not at home.
