Production is monitored with an integrated quality assurance system and our activities are certified under FSSC 22000, Good Manufacturing Practice, EKO-SKAL and USDA-NOP.

We therefore have a number of systems in place to monitor the freshness, quality and safety of the raw materials throughout the chain. For example, we collect the raw materials fresh from the abattoirs with our own refrigerated trucks and process them immediately.
