★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, sometimes deliveries don't arrive at all. Phone customer service is never answered. Packages disappear. I don't understand that companies still use Selektvracht to send their packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S**t service. It was showing that my parcel shoud bring Friday evening, after two unlucky midday tries and 20:50 information was updated that they will come tomorrow. F**ked up service with waste of money, their and mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service? less than proper.... When you order something and you pay for delivery between 18:00 - 21:00 they should deliver then not earliers... ESPECIALY when you loose 3 hours from your salary to receive the packet.
And the behave? Unacceptable....
Second time with this service... I feel like they just get the Money and then write you on a place that no INK can reach....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service, no telephone number to contact, DHL service point people have no idea, the internet service offers track and trace one day then it disappears the next. A telephone contact has to be offered when a card is left in the post telling you they could not drop off???
I have been waiting for a package for 6 weeks, it only had to travel 200 kms in the EU.
This is now the second attempt???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package was ordered at October 6th and the promise was "ordered before 16:00, get it tomorrow". Now SelektVracht is sending it to me on October 15th. If you cannot deliver it on time, don't make false promises. This is just unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgraceful. SelektVracht should be ashamed of its own services.
