★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds ik meedoe aan de Meditatie Challenges van Dhyan Meinoud ervaar ik meer rust in mijn hoofd en mildheid. Ik merk dat ik dit in mijn dagelijks leven meeneem: er ontstaat ruimte, zelfliefde en lichtheid. Evenals waarnemer worden van allerlei emoties, gedachten(patronen) of situaties ipv identificeren ermee.
21 dagen was toegankelijk en ging snel voorbij. Mede door de eenvoudige structuur, professionele begeleiding en online groepsenergie.
Dagelijks mediteren is een fijn moment geworden om met de rust in mezelf te verbinden. Dank je wel Dhyan Meinoud!
 Since I participate in Dhyan Meinoud's Meditation Challenges, I experience more peace of mind and gentleness. I notice that I bring this into my daily life: space, self-love and lightness are created. As well as becoming an observer of all kinds of emotions, thoughts (patterns) or situations instead of identifying with them.
21 days was accessible and passed quickly. Partly due to the simple structure, professional guidance and online group energy.
Daily meditation has become a nice moment to connect with the peace within myself. Thank you Dhyan Meinoud!
