β β β β β Voor mijn verjaardag een zeer mooi gouden armbandje gekregen. Helaas te groot. Door de winkel gemeten waar hij moest komen en gratis opgestuurd. Na het ophalen ander halve week later was hij perfect.
Ze hebben (zonder dat we dit hadden aangegeven) het armbandje in zijn totaal aangepakt, zodat de sluiting in het midden zou vallen. Voor service en klantvriendelijkheid een dikke 10.
Received a very nice gold bracelet for my birthday. Unfortunately too big. Measured by the store where it should be and sent it free of charge. After a week and a half later collection it was perfect.
They have (without us having indicated this) tackled the bracelet in its entirety, so that the clasp would fall in the middle. A good 10 for service and customer friendliness.

Beautiful jewelry, ordered online, was custom made which took about 8 weeks. To the full satisfaction and the purchase and information process also went well.

β β β β β Dinsdag bij de Diamond point in Rotterdam geweest de verkoopster had er duidelijk geen zin in om mij goed te woord te staan of had misschien het idee dat ik niets te besteden had, toch even deze vertoning doorgebeten en we kwamen tot een soort gesprek , waar ik zei op zondag terug te komen, wij zijn vrijdag terug geweest , en om kort te gaan de verkoopster wist nergens meer van , dit ging allemaal met een air van hier tot ... toen ik zei dat het dan zo niet mocht zijn draaide de verkoopster als een blad in de wind om, drie jaar geleden ook iets daar gekocht en dat was heel prettig , door deze mevrouw en de klantonvriendelijk van haar koop ik daar nooit meer iets.

Tuesday at the Diamond point in Rotterdam, the saleswoman clearly did not want to talk to me properly or perhaps had the idea that I had nothing to spend, just bit through this screening and we came to a kind of conversation, where I said to come back on Sunday, we have been back Friday, and to put it briefly the saleswoman didn't know anything anymore, this all went with an air from here to ... when I said it was not supposed to be that way the saleswoman turned like a leaf in the wind, bought something there three years ago and that was very nice, because of this lady and her customer-unfriendly I never buy anything there again.

β β β β β Werd niet aan me verteld dat je niet kan retourneren na aankoop. Wordt pas verteld wanneer je probeert te retourneren en de medewerkster liegt dat ze het wel zei. Als het gezegd was dan zou ik het nog niet gekocht hebben. Slechte service voor een high-end winkel.
Wasn't told you can't return after purchase. Only told when you try to return and the employee lies that she said so. If it had been said I wouldn't have bought it yet. Poor service for a high end store.

β β β β β nog geen ster waard. Ik heb via de winkel een ring besteld en via de website met een giftcard, achteraf blijkt dat de ring die in de winkel is gehaald niet kan retourneren. Als er andere retourbeleid geldt vind ik dat je dit als verkoopmedewerkster op z'n minst je klant op ten hoogte moest stellen. hoofdkantoor ook gebeld die zei dat het op de bon staat. Dit zou dus betekenen dat je NA DE AANKOOP pas erachter komt dat het niet retourneerbaar is. de service is echt te slecht om het te verwoorden niet verwacht van zo'n mooi en chique bedrijf.
Dit is dan een waarschuwing voor de toekomstige klanten: weet dat het NIET retourneerbaar is als je via de fysieke winkels haalt, ook al wordt dit niet vermeld door de verkoopster zelf. Als je via de bon erachter moest komen is dit al te laat.
Mocht je toch wat van het bedrijf willen haal dit ONLINE daar wordt je namelijk beter/wel beschermt als klant.

If there is a different return policy, I think that as a sales employee you should at least inform your customer about this. also called head office who said it is on the receipt. This would mean that you only find out AFTER THE PURCHASE that it is non-returnable. the service is really too bad to put into words not expected from such a nice and chic company.
This is a warning to future customers: know that it is NOT returnable if you buy through the physical stores, even if this is not mentioned by the seller herself. If you had to find out through the receipt, it's already too late.
If you still want something from the company, get this ONLINE, because you will be better / well protected as a customer.
