Ik ben nog nooit zo onbeschoft behandeld en eigenlijk nog steeds in shock over de manier waarop dit is gegaan. Meneer wilde totaal niet meedenken, liet mij niet aan het woord en meneer is uiteindelijk boos weggelopen zonder met een oplossing te komen. Ik zou dit bedrijf absoluut niet aanraden. Ontzettend onprofessioneel.
I purchased a product from this company which broke down after a few weeks. For this reason went back for the warranty. I have never been treated so rudely and in fact still in shock at the way this has gone. Mister did not want to think along at all, did not let me speak and mister eventually walked away angry without coming up with a solution. I would absolutely not recommend this company. Incredibly unprofessional.
