Netjes offerte gedaan vooraf, de praktijk hield zich aan het afgesproken bedrag. Bij mijn kat moest vorige maand een hoektand getrokken worden. Vooraf kreeg ik de juiste en de juiste hoeveelheid informatie, ik werd direct gebeld na de operatie en een dag erna werd ik nogmaals gebeld om te vragen hoe het met hem ging e.d. Aanrader!
