 Good clear explanation of the care that is provided. Time is taken for your pet. Clear corona rules. Assistants and veterinarian are committed to the animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier terecht gekomen omdat dit een van de spoedposten was voor het weekeinde.
We moesten helaas onze kat laten inslapen omdat deze erg ziek was.
Er is ruim de tijd voor ons genomen en we hebben goed afscheid kunnen nemen van ons maatje.
Alles wat er ging gebeuren is heel rustig en duidelijk toegelicht, de arts (Brigitte) was zakelijk maar meelevend en we hebben dit heel fijn ervaren.
We zijn uiteindelijk opgelucht vertrokken en we zijn blij dat dat we het zo konden doen.
Ended up here as this was one of the emergency posts for the weekend.
Unfortunately we had to put our cat to sleep because it was very sick.
Plenty of time was taken for us and we were able to say goodbye to our buddy.
Everything that was going to happen was explained very calmly and clearly, the doctor (Brigitte) was businesslike but compassionate and we had a very nice experience.
In the end we left relieved and we are glad that we could do it this way.

Knowledgeable and super nice vet and assistants. I have been a very satisfied client for over 35 years and hope to be for a long time to come!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I called at 9 am asking to see immediately my cat who had an acute respiratory’s problem and a suspect pulmonary edema. He was very badly, didn’t move, cannot breath. I explained all to an assistant and she told me they were busy (with surgery). I beg her and she found a free space at noon. I explained again that the issue was serious. After she asked me to wait for a call from the vet. They called my partner 30 minutes after, telling him to bring the cat and explaining him that the assistant didn’t understand … no comment.
In the meantime I was just in front of other vet who literally save my cat’s life.
My cat was theirs patient.
I am very sorry because they were my first vet here in Netherlands. Today 16th july: they call me again explaining that the assistant doesn't speak english very well and apologize for what happened.

Being non native Dutch, i feel paranoid from time to time when speaking to the locals especially related to healthcare. However, so far, they have been nothing but very helpful in accommodating my broken Dutch and treating my furry friend ?
