★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na enkele ontspannen weken vakantie in Drenthe zonder akelige tascontroles en vragen over een lege winkelwagen word ik opnieuw geconfronteerd met deze uiterst klantonvriendelijke en wantrouwende benadering.
Het standaard aanbieden van mijn plat gevouwen tas helpt meestal wel, maar vandaag weer niet. De platte tas wordt opengevouwen en voor de zoveelste maal wordt er niets aangetroffen.
Dirk is overigens verder een prima supermarkt! Personeel is vriendelijk, prima assortiment, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, etc. Waarom moeten deze akelige controles het winkelplezier zo bederven?
Inmiddels beantwoord ik geen enkele vraag meer over tas of winkelwagen en wordt dit door de kassières niet alleen geaccepteerd, zij tonen ook begrip!
D.m.v. een contactformulier heb ik deze ergernis opnieuw toegelicht en hoop op een steekhoudende inhoudelijke reactie.

Offering my flat folded bag as standard usually helps, but not today. The flat bag is unfolded and for the umpteenth time nothing is found.
Dirk is also a great supermarket! Staff is friendly, good range, good value for money, etc. Why should these nasty checks spoil the shopping pleasure?
I no longer answer any questions about bag or shopping cart and this is not only accepted by the cashiers, they also show understanding!
