★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nadat ze mijn laptop schoon hadden gemaakt kwam ik er thuis achter dat hij niet meer functioneerde. de muis en muis-pad werkte niet meer. ik ben terug gegaan want schijnbaar was er iets mis gegaan.
Ik kreeg te horen dat er dan bij de terug reis wel iets mis was gegaan dat ik hem misschien had laten vallen of dat de kinderen er aan zouden hebben gezeten.
ik had een werkende laptop gebracht en hem zeker niet laten vallen onder weg naar huis.
Een grote mond verder had ik een kapotte laptop en was mijn geld kwijt. ik heb naderhand nog contact gehad met leidinggevende maar het bleef zoals het was.
ik had nooit verwacht dit zo mee te maken.
jammer maar helaas
after they cleaned my laptop I found out at home that it was no longer functioning. the mouse and mouse pad stopped working. I went back because apparently something had gone wrong.
I was told that on the return trip something had gone wrong that I might have dropped it or that the children would have been on it.
I had brought a working laptop and certainly not dropped it on the way home.
A big mouth away I had a broken laptop and lost my money. I had contact with the manager afterwards, but it remained as it was.
I never expected to experience this.
its a shame, but there is nothing to do about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er moest een nieuwe simkaart in mijn telefoon maar ik kreeg hem niet open. Het was maandag alle telefoonwinkels in het dorp waren gesloten wat nu? Ik kon alleen noodoproep doen. Ik dacht ik ga naar Dijkma electronics misschien willen die me helpen en ja hoor. Geen probleem en het koste ook nog eens niets. Ik weet wel dat er erg aardig personeel is.
I needed a new SIM card in my phone, but I couldn't open it. It was Monday, all telephone shops in the village were closed, what now? I could only make an emergency call. I thought I would go to Dijkma electronics who might want to help me and yes. No problem and it also costs nothing. I do know that there are very nice staff.
