★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expert zit altijd 10% boven de prijs van andere winkels, bijvoorbeeld BCC of Mediamarkt. Als je de medewerkers in het Expert filiaal Ermelo daarmee confronteert krijg je alleen te horen dat ze winst moeten maken en geen ‘korting' geven.
Ik wil prima de locale ondernemer steunen in deze tijd en een product kopen voor de adviesprijs, maar ga niet meer betalen. Dat heb ik ook gezegd tegen de medewerkers, maar die bleven volharden dat ze winst moeten maken zonder een ander argument op te werpen. Oftewel, het boeit ze niet of een klant iets koopt of niet want zij zijn toch geen eigenaar van de zaak.
Daarom het product dat ik wilde kopen (een Google Chromecast) direct na het bezoek aan het Expert filiaal Ermelo (kost 43 euro) besteld bij BCC voor de adviesprijs van 39 euro en een dag later met de post al ontvangen. Overigens gaat het me niet om die 4 euro maar om het principe. Ik had mezelf tijd, moeite en benzine kunnen besparen door direct al bij BCC of ieder andere willekeurige winkel te bestellen.
Ik snap niet dat Expert boven de adviesprijs van de fabrikanten gaat zitten, maar snap wel dat het voortbestaan van Expert op deze manier niet lang gaat duren. Want voor de service hoef je het ook niet te doen afgaande op eerdere reviews hier.
 Expert is always 10% above the price of other stores, such as BCC or Media Market. If you confront the employees in the Expert branch Ermelo with this, you will only be told that they must make a profit and not give a 'discount'.
I would like to support the local entrepreneur during this time and buy a product for the recommended price, but will not pay anymore. I also said that to the employees, but they persisted that they should make a profit without raising any other argument. In other words, they do not care whether a customer buys something or not because they do not own the business.
Therefore, the product I wanted to buy (a Google Chromecast) ordered immediately after the visit to the Expert branch Ermelo (costs 43 euros) from BCC for the suggested retail price of 39 euros and received it a day later by post. Incidentally, I am not concerned with the 4 euros but with the principle. I could have saved myself time, effort and petrol by ordering directly from BCC or any other store.
I do not understand that Expert will be above the recommended retail price of the manufacturers, but I understand that the survival of Expert in this way will not last long. Because for the service you don't have to do it based on previous reviews here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als men zich afvraagt, waarom de fysieke winkels uit het straatbeeld verdwijnen, is Expert Ermelo HET boegbeeld van wanbeleid en slechte klantenservice. Geen retour mogelijk, ook al is de verpakking nog ongeopend, binnen 4 dagen en met bon. Service voor garantie kennen ze niet, want het is altijd de schuld van de gebruiker. Ze willen je maar al te graag wat verkopen, maar als je after-sales service nodig hebt geven ze niet thuis en is het je eigen schuld, dus dikke bult. Ik kom hier nooit meer en raad iedereen aan deze winkel/oplichters te mijden.
If one wonders why the physical stores are disappearing from the street, Expert Ermelo is THE figurehead of mismanagement and poor customer service. No return possible, even if the packaging is still unopened, within 4 days and with receipt. They do not know service for warranty, because it is always the fault of the user. They are more than happy to sell you something, but if you need after-sales service they don't give home and it is your own fault, so big bump. I will never come here again and recommend everyone to avoid these shop / scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekend geholpen door Tim! Stond me telefonisch keurig te woord, loste het probleem op en leverde mijn pakketje gewoon snel thuis af. Aan Tim kunnen veel winkelmedewerkers een voorbeeld nemen!
Excellent help by Tim! He answered me nicely by phone, solved the problem and delivered my package quickly at home. Many store employees can take an example from Tim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben altijd uiterste tevreden met Expert Ermelo. Natuurlijk gaat er bij elke winkel wel eens iets niet helemaal zoals het moet. Zo werd ik niet tijdig op de hoogte gehouden van de leverbaarheid van mijn order (een desktop computer). Maar de goede service heeft dit allemaal helemaal goed gemaakt. Goed gedaan Expert Ermelo. En ook Tim, bedankt. Ze leveren maatwerk voor een eerlijke prijs. Ik gun ze het ook.

I am always extremely satisfied with Expert Ermelo. Of course, at every store, something is sometimes not quite as it should be. For example, I was not informed in time about the availability of my order (a desktop computer). But the good service made up for it all. Well done Expert Ermelo. And also Tim, thank you. They deliver tailor-made solutions for a fair price. I wish them it too.
