★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can only shop at Dirk if you have a lot of time. Everyday they are surprised to see customers. They wait for long lines before tellers are allocated. Sometimes one or 2 tills are open, shop is full of customers. Lack of managerial presence and if you complain, you're ignored. Such a pity. So convenient. Shocking service!

Really rude young lady asked my ID, because I look too young to buy a Raddler, so I gave her my ID card and she said that I don't look 25 years old, she didn't gave me back my ID card and then she called the supervisor to show her my ID and asked her to look at me, that for her my appearance doesn't make sense. I was in shock. I know I look younger than 25, so what. Even showing my ID card they treated me like I was showing a fake ID or something. The young lady was super arrogant since the beginning and after 2 minutes looking my ID and myself, and talking to the supervisor she sold me the beer and didn't even apologize or changed her arrogant face.
I will never buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take credit card! The store seems to have a lot and it fairly well priced. The store was very crowded and it was really messy. It was not the best shopping experience but it works for a quick shopping trip.
