J	Joa Keem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettige dienstverleners in de hal, prima gebouw. Rechtspraak vind ik weinig doorgrondend. Half-half bij relatiebreuk. Nauwelijks nuance. Bank- en andere financiële sites volstaan om ‘schenking onder uitsluitselclausule’ in een bankafschrift te zien als rechtsgeldig. Onbegrijpelijk dat dan tienduizenden euro’s met een globale uitspraak door rechter Bellaart worden afgedaan. Tevens werd op voor vrouw- en moeder herkenbare emoties ingespeeld (ik heb nog steeds de zwangerschapsboeken niet -wel benoemen in de rechtbank maar daarbuiten niet-). Ik kreeg de indruk dat het e.e.a. de beeldvorming sterk beïnvloedt terwijl toch ook bekend moet zijn dat de helft van het huiselijk geweld vrouw tegen man is. Na de breuk kan dat door gaan. Heb daar oog voor rechter Bellaart! Pleasant service providers in the hall, great building. I don't find justice to be very thorough. Half-half at breakup. Hardly any nuance. Banking and other financial sites are sufficient to consider 'donation subject to exclusion clause' in a bank statement as legally valid. It is incomprehensible that tens of thousands of euros will be settled by judge Bellaart with a global ruling. Emotions that were recognizable for the wife and mother were also played on (I still don't have the pregnancy books - I do name them in court but not outside of it-). I got the impression that this strongly influences the image, while it should also be known that half of the domestic violence is woman against man. This can continue after the break. Keep an eye out for Judge Bellaart!
