★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik werd netjes vriendelijk en profesioneel geholpen. De papieren van mijn Oldtimer zijn helemaal in orde gemaakt met wijzigingen. Er werd echt de tijd voor genomen om alles goed te krijgen.
 I was treated in a friendly and professional manner. The papers of my Oldtimer are completely in order with changes. They really took the time to get everything right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians excellent. Office staff, and their disinterested explanations of Kafkaesque Dutch beauracracy considerably less so. And the below poster is right - the old blonde woman is a horrible person. Two stars is beyond generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with the technicians at RDW and booking the appointment through the phone. However, the woman with black long hair at the office was extremely impolite. Why would you work in customer service if it makes you miserable? Such a shame that the overall service is damaged by one person with 0 emotional intelligence.
