Internetseite hat einen übersichtlichen Aufbau, die Artikel sind schnell gefunden und bestellt. Auch die Lieferung war transparent und zeitnah.
Preis-/Leistung ist bei den Produkten die ich benötige unschlagbar.

The website has a clear structure, the items can be found and ordered quickly. The delivery was also transparent and timely.
Value for money is unbeatable for the products I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bereits Kunde bei DocMorris und hatte schon mehrmals bestellt. Beim letzten Mal ist aufgrund von privatem Chaos dann die Rechnung leider in Vergessenheit geraten. Ohne eine Zahlungserinnerung oder Mahnung kam dann direkt ein Inkassoschreiben mit einer enormen Summe. Das finde ich eine absolute Frechheit. Eine einzige Mail, ein Anruf oder ein Brief hätte gereicht. Nächstes Mal bestelle ich definitiv woanders. Das finde ich absolut nicht kundenfreundlich.
I was already a DocMorris customer and had ordered several times. The last time, due to private chaos, the bill was unfortunately forgotten. Without a payment reminder or reminder, a collection letter with an enormous sum came straight away. I find that an absolute disgrace. A single email, phone call or letter would have been enough. Next time I will definitely order elsewhere. I don't think that's customer-friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über 10 Tage nach Bestellung auf die Lieferung gewartet, obwohl der Artikel vorrätig war!
Nach Beschwerde an den Kundenservice nur eine bloße Entschuldigung. Nach Anfrage auf Stornierung der Artikel keine Antwort! In jeder Apotheke hätte ich noch am selben Tag die Artikel bekommen. Bei 2 Tagen offizieller Lieferzeit ist das ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis!
Waited for delivery more than 10 days after ordering, even though the item was in stock!
After complaining to customer service just a mere apology. No response after requesting cancellation of the items! In any pharmacy I would have received the items on the same day. With an official delivery time of 2 days, this is a very disappointing experience!
