Mooie website en goede uitleg, maar dit is onacceptabel... I have been waiting for my standard order for 14 days. No updates are given, mail is not answered. Nice website and good explanation, but this is unacceptable ...

Levering langer dan aangegeven en aanpassing bestelling voor uitlevering niet mogelijk in tegenstelling tot wat de website aangeeft. Service voor verbetering vatbaar ! Slow customer service response. Delivery longer than indicated and adjustment of order for delivery not possible, contrary to what the website indicates. Service could be improved!

Due to Corona it would take a little longer on the site, but it says about 3 days longer. I do not receive a response to emails and they are not available by phone.

Dan kun je nog altijd contact opnemen met de klantenservice. In mijn geval was dit natuurlijk niet nodig. Ik heb mijn spulletjes uitgezocht en besteld (tegen zeer scherpe prijzen!). Wellicht nog een tip voor deze winkel: Laat klanten weten wanneer een bestelling in twee delen wordt bezorgd. Dan hoeven ongeduldige klanten zoals ik, zich geen zorgen te maken dat de bestelling niet compleet geleverd wordt. Great webshop! The website has all the information you need to deepen your knowledge about installing an irrigation system. Can you still not figure it out? Then you can still contact customer service. In my case this was of course not necessary. I have picked and ordered my things (at very competitive prices!). Perhaps another tip for this store: Let customers know when an order is delivered in two parts. Then impatient customers like me don't have to worry about the order not being delivered completely.
C	Cl Fr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a nightmare, to say the least. Ordered a couple of items (about Eur 150); very quick in taking your money. According to their webpage "items on stock" "shipping at the day of payment". I canceld my order after 3 days because the items were still not under way. After further 3 days they managed to hand the items over to the forwarder not taking into account my cancellation. I rejected the delivery and the items got back to the seller. After up to now 5 weeks I am still waiting to get my payment back. Have send a couple of emails. No answer so far. Avoid this company!
