★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment late in the afternoon,only to find out that I had to wait 15minutes to be able to discuss about my issue with a trainee. she could not help me and told me to make another appointment. I had to take a day off that day. Very unprofessional and disorganised. I had to repeat myself so many time via emails too. Waste my time and money. Nederwoon is so much better and actual very helpful towards expats.
