β β β β β An embarrassment to Dominos. After two phones calls to find out where our order was, and being lied to about their delivery driver being mugged, the order arrived after two and a half hours. That's right - 150 minutes. The pizza was cold, chewy, and exactly what you would expect 150 minute old pizza to taste like. Disgraceful customer service. I pity the franchisee of this place. I really do.

β β β β β After three times I've ordered here and did not get what I wanted, I thought - why should I enjoy this by myself? So now you should all know - this particular branch has some very clumsy workers. Every time EVERY TIME something is either missing, or if I ordered the cheesy crust I got a regular dough medium size. They always apologize, they always send you a coupon for next time, and if you call to complain you can get compensation for next time but ONLY if you buy there or pay with cash. Wierd stuff. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here.

β β β β β I experienced discrimination in this restaurant. I'm not original Dutch and I could clearly recognized the difference in the staffβs behavior for me and for the previous customers who are Dutches. At that time, there was no customers behind me (not busy times). There were 4-5 guys working in the kitchen, 3 of them were chatting with each other. I waiting at the counter for 10 mins and no one came and asked me if I needed something (obviously I needed to order some pizzas). I called them 3 times and fortunately, I caught their attention at third time. I made an order and they gave me the pizza without asking or giving me the take away bags. They automatically gave it to the previous customers.
So bad experiences. The pizzas were also not good. I ordered tuna flavor but there was just 3 small pieces of tuna on top.

β β β β β I had a terrible experience here, ordered 2 pizzas with pick up, came there after 30 min, I've asked when will the pizza be ready, they said it's already in the oven. After waiting extra 10 min I've asked again and I was told they just cancelled my order since they didn't have one ingredient (sic!) and only made one of the two pizzas. In the end I got the one pizza for free, although it was already cold, hence 2 stars. The staff was helpful, but the manager seemed to be the root of the problem
