Got redirected and told to call 2 days later. Then one day later. Then lady online could not spell out e-mail, where i am supposed to send a complaint (which i discovered after almost a week). I am supposed to go there personally JUST to get the e-mail where i can send a complaint. Disturbing, hate the service. Pizza is okay, sometimes too little cheese on pepperoni.

I understand mistakes can be made but that you nothing to compensate them is just not acceptable. I ordered my pizza online last Monday at 18:30, confirmation email came immediately but 2 hours laters... My pizza was still missing. I called and after having 2 employees and the manager on the phone, they still didn't know the cause... They thought it was a system error which confused the times... I think they just forgot about my order and invented some lame excuse to cover the error. Yes... I ate whenever they wanted and I still had to pay the full amount.

Last time, I waited for well over an hour for my pizza, because they were way behind on orders and short on delivery staff. When I got my pizza, it was missing a few toppings, and was cold. I asked for it to be remade. Again, way over an hour to arrive. I thought I'd give them another go today. Ordered the vegan bbq. When it got here, it was missing the same ingredients, including the bbq sauce. I asked for it to be remade. When it got here, it was completely covered and dripping with the bbq sauce. Really don't appreciate the poor service, and even less so, the ridiculous response to me asking them to send me a pizza with the advertised toppings. I will never order from Domino's again. I know they probably won't read this, or even care if they did. But oh well. So long Domino's, it hasn't been fun.

The staff are all very young and sometimes can feel chaotic. They can take more care in cutting the pizza. Pizzas are freshly prepared and the ingredients are of good quality. You can't really go wrong here but the pizzas are not exceptional. Tip. enter your email address at their site. They spam you frequently but there are some good deals in there too. Always check those deals before you order, it can save you time money (sometimes even 50% if you are savvy)

They did not call before to tell me that they did not have the product (to be able to exchange it for another or cancel the order). I just received the incomplete order and that's it. No explanations or maybe a discount code for future purchases or something compensatory. Absolutely nothing. One less customer.

I ordered with my boyfriend a large hot & spicy and a Italian fungi with garlic sauce. He got his pizza , I got a MEDIUM FUNGI WITHOUT SAUCE. The pizza was very thin which is not supposed to happen , a lot of tomato sauce which was disgusting, almost no cheese, and also not very much mushrooms. It was very crunchy and dry even with the tomato sauce. Sorry for everybody that had eaten there ? stuff made mistakes while picking up the order , well thanks and hope to never be there again .
