β β β β β I gave two stars, one for the mediocre delivery and one for something they call "pizza". Do yourself a favor and do not order here and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The sauce is horrid and acidic beyond belief.

β β β β β I have to say that the pizza is not bad but the service is seriously terrible! It is a xxxxx time that I ordered a pizza from them and my order came incomplete and one and half hour later! The delivery guy looked at me like "yeaa " after mentioning that I'm missing some things. As if I would get that pizza for free. Defienietly not recommended. After 45 min waiting i did not receive the missing items. Wonderful. After reading all this bad reviews I'm seriously amazed that they still exists.

β β β β β Super bad restaurant , I ordered pizza waited for more than 2 hours still havent received, so I called them, they said the driver came but my doorbell didnt work , what a lier, my doorbell works well. And they point is they have my phone number and my email, they even didnt call me or sent a message. After I said I wanted to cancel the order and make a complaint, then after another 15 munites my pizza came. It was really bad pizza restaurant , never go there.

β β β β β I ordered a pizza two hours ago and nothing in sight. My order came incomplete and the most, the delivery boy had eaten a piece of the pizza. I sent it back. After one complaint, they came back with the missing drinks but no pizza....NO SERVICE, NO RESPONSABILITY. You lost a customer for good

β β β β β We order vegan pizzas here all the time (mostly vegan spicy).
Delivery:
The delivery can sometimes take more than 30 minutes if you order the largest pizza. However, if this is the case they always give a coupon for cinnamon sticks as compensation for the wait. The delivery guy/girl always brings it all the way to the 3rd floor.
Taste:
The pizza sometimes tastes better than other times. Sometimes it comes with almost no toppings and other times it is full of toppings. We never had a mix up, we always got the right vegan order. Never had a pizza that tasted bad. Cinnamon sticks are also very delicious.
At times we ordered potato wedges from the website, but they did not have enough. They always called and asked if we wanted our money back or something else instead.

β β β β β I orderd from this place twice. The first time the pizza was delicious and delivered in about 20 min. The second time I waited over an hour for the delivery, had to call in twice and the pizza was mediocre at best. Overall big variation in quality and service.

β β β β β They made me wait 2 hrs for my order. I called them twice, they lied that my order was on the way. During the second call they actually told me that they just made my order. When I wanted to talk to the manager he only spoke Dutch to me (saying he doesnβt speak English) what kind of manager is that? Iβm super disappointed!!! Never again!

β β β β β My order has NOT been delivered. I have waited for two hours and a half and nothing was delivered. I called them many times and they either hang up or do not respond. They deducted the amount from my bank account and showed that my order is ready on their website but at the end they delivered nothing. Those people have no respect to their clients. It was my first and last time to order from Domino's Diemen. Do not order anything from there you will lose your money they are only scammers.
