De vervoerder (DHL) was nogal ruw met de zending omgesprongen, maar dat is goed opgepakt door Donk-Toyshop. Verbeterpunt: communicatie. Verzendinfo e.d. zou fijn zijn, ook is de stijl van communiceren kortaf (tijdgebrek?) ondanks dat praktisch gezien alles goed wordt opgelost. Ook de website zou moderner kunnen, maar anderzijds konden we nergens anders een betere prijs vinden. Het belangrijkste: betrouwbaar adres en correcte afhandeling bij problemen. Good price paid for SpaceRail (the lowest in NL). Is always exciting when you first order from a small batch, but the delivery was correct. The carrier (DHL) was quite rough with the shipment, but that was handled well by Donk-Toyshop. Improvement point: communication. Shipping info etc. would be nice, the style of communication is also short (lack of time?), Despite the fact that practically everything is solved well. The website could also be more modern, but on the other hand we couldn't find a better price anywhere else. The most important: reliable address and correct handling in case of problems.
