Zeer teleurstellend. Dormio zet zichzelf in de markt als luxe vakantieverblijf maar onze ervaring was niet luxe, op geen enkel gebied. De verwachtingen waren hoog gespannen, zeker gezien de hoge prijs die je betaalt. Maar dat viel dus tegen. Aan de buitenkant zien de huisjes er goed uit, van binnen valt dat tegen. Wifi slecht, stoelen aan de eettafel zakken in, tuintafel kapot (plank los en brandplekken er in), keukengerei was gesmolten, bestek lag vies in de la, koffieopschuimer onder de schimmel, vaatwasser deed het zeer slecht, douchestraal veel te zacht (deed 5 minuten over haren uitspoelen). In een huis van 8 personen 1 losse wc en de andere wc op de badkamer. Dat is niet handig qua indeling en voldeed niet aan de term luxe. Met onze opmerkingen werd bij de receptie niets gedaan. Voelt ook niet luxe. Absoluut een afrader. De ligging vlakbij Maastricht is top, net als de broodjes die we elke ochtend haalden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in dieser Hotel über Booking eine Nacht reserviert und bezahlt,leider ist es auf Grund Corona die Veranstaltung in Maastricht 4 Wochen vorher abgesagt worden,darum habe ich Hotel gebeten meinen den Betrag um einen Gutschein oder Verschiebung auf nächstes Jahr gebeten.Leider würde mir es beides abgelehnt.
Das finde ich nicht besonders Kundenorientiert,schließlich ist nicht mir verschuldet,Schade...
 I reserved and paid for one night in this hotel through Booking, unfortunately the event in Maastricht was canceled 4 weeks in advance due to Corona, so I asked the hotel for a voucher or postponed the amount to next year it refused both.
I don't think that's particularly customer-oriented, after all it's not my fault, it's a shame ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben çok daha iyi bir oda bekliyordum! Tesis konumu ve özellikleri güzel fakat temizlik deyimi çok başarısız idi! Hemde uyarı yapmama rağmen! 18 nolu Beyaz binada kaldım! Balkonu terası sessizliği doğası çok güzel ama temizlik kötü ! Koltuklarda önceki konaklamadan bir sürü saç! Yatak altında poşet atığı! Bulaşık makinesinde yıkanmamış bulaşıklar! Tavanda örümcek ve odada bazı minik böcekler! Odanın tekrar temizlenmesini ilk sabah resepsiyona rica ettim! Sadece yatak altında ki çöpü alıp bulaşık makinesini çalıştırmışlar, o kadar! Yataklar rahat idi ama gerçekten küçük yataklar!!!
I was expecting a much better room! The facility location and features were nice, but the cleanliness statement was very unsuccessful! Despite my warning! I stayed in White Building 18! The silence of the balcony terrace, the nature is very beautiful, but the cleaning is bad! Lots of hair from previous stay on the seats! Bag waste under the bed! Unwashed dishes! Spider on the ceiling and some tiny bugs in the room! I asked the reception the first morning to clean the room again! They just took the trash under the bed and started the dishwasher, that's all! The beds were comfortable but really small beds!!!
