★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Dorota very much for the work completed together during our sessions. I strongly recommend career coaching and in particular Dorota as a coach to those who are struggling with their professional calling and choice.
Dorota helped me to take a pause and step by step build a clear comprehensive picture of myself in terms of professional development: to sum up all strengths, passions, experience, interests together and build a tree of opportunities from there. She also provided independent observations during this journey which helped to look at some things from a new angle.
I especially appreciated her empathy and listening to the client, not making fast conclusions but being a sparring partner to discuss. She is also very supportive and creates a very positive and peaceful atmosphere during the session. I was always lost in time during it and felt cheered up afterwards.
For those who have never tried coaching, I would like to stress attention to the fact that there will be no ready ideas on the plate and much more of a self work required. However, a coach helps to navigate through the process, sum up everything, challenge and support.
Thank you very much Dorota once more!!! I feel energized and look forward to the new journey thanks to you!!!

She helped me to navigate this difficult period of transition through insightful exercises and thought-provoking questions. Realising what my values and strengths are and how my "inner child and parent" are shaping my narratives were particularly helpful then and are still now years later. Even though going through the coaching with Dorota meant facing the uncomfortable at times, I enjoyed the process and really looked forward to each session. It was impressive the value that she invested and added during our work sessions with her remarkable empathy; strong market experience; in-depth knowledge and high-level or professionalism. Those sessions allowed and provided me with the right competences tools and approach to professionally position myself in an all new market and in all new country.
Truth be told, her guidance/advices were so uncanny effective that it wasn’t necessary to go through the all agreed package-sessions ?, because I made it through and got an opportunity in one of the biggest companies in The Netherlands (and Europe) – and I owe it all to Dorota!!!
There are life changing moments, where we occasionally meet someone who leaves a significant footprint in our lives. Dorota is one of those persons!

She has a world of experience as a carrier coach in Amsterdam and it shows in how she is able to create an instant atmosphere of trust. Discovering my work values and strengths during our 1:1 sessions as well as formulating my life mission have been great tools for self reflection. It allowed me to become much more intentional with my work. I have also since participated in the Positive Intelligence program facilitated by Dorota that is designed to help build mental strength.
