★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the shop during the lockdown. As we entered could see a few people in the store which was fine in terms of space and a lady assistant noticed us enter. We were interested in a few furnishings for our new place in Haarlem. As we were moving around the store there were more customers entering.
We did not get approached yet whilst looking which was fine as we were browsing as it was our first time. As we were on our way out I spotted a rug sample which I looked at. The lady assistant approached and asked if we were okay and I said thank you just taking a look for now. In return she said “ok if your not serious then...there are other people in store which is busy”
I do not know what kind of customer service that was but totally disrespectful especially when you have seen the customer been in the store for a while before it got busy and even so that should not matter as all customers are paying customers.
I will not recommend this branch to others and hope the store workers can be trained in real customer service.
