★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Stayed here a number of times and always upgraded to the top floor rooms with huge roof terrace area. The skylounge is also a great highlight to the hotel with good food and a buzzing atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is perfect. These guys never fail. Whenever in Amsterdam I always visit the Doubletree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having stayed numerous nights at doubletree amsterdam central and also being a HH gold member, i am deeply disappointed that I couldn’t even get a check in at 3pm.
lift to the carpark isnt working (which unfortunately, is probably outside the control of the hotel)
the hotel seemed grossly understaffed due to covid, daily house cleaning isnt done…
it had been a disastrous stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful time at The Doubletree Hilton Amsterdam central station. The food was very, very good. The employees were on top of it. Even when there was a mistake made, they went above and beyond to make sure the mistake was corrected quickly and even better than we had expected. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel conveniently located a short walk from Centraal Station and old town. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had at a Hilton property. Room was large and had a great view of the city. Raymond at the front desk was fantastic. He took extra time to help us get our bearings and really made us feel welcome. Fantastic service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were initially impressed on entering the hotel, but quickly reaslised that it was an average hotel. Rooms were small. toiletries were basic. They didn't offer us the cookie on arrival, and we had to call up room service to get one. By the evening, we were hoping to experience the sky bar, but found they were not giving any priority to guests. We didn't really want to pay €25 euroS EACH FOR buffet breakfast, so gave that a miss. The location of the hotel is not even near enough to most of the attractions. It did have a good Starbucks, and the lobby bar was well-serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three great nights. Perfection everywhere. We were given a room upgrade without asking. Hotel is well located, everything is on a walking distance. Best part of this hotel is their staffs. Be it receptionist, restaurant staffs or housekeeping staffs everyone is highly hospitable. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to all those people who wish for for the great stay.
