I have tried to buy something here three different times and failed, because there is no staff available to help me. I don't mean that they are tied up with another customer, I mean I literally can't find anyone that works there.

After requesting the price of a product, as my product was not priced at the biotherm stand and I had misread the advertizing window, I was told off rudely. Shocking! service.

Staff didn't bother while i was looking for the brand which i was interested in. However they don't have all the brands in stock. I couldn't find Armaf en Ferrari red.

A few weeks ago I went back to Douglas Oostpoort as the clinique product I had bought didn't work as it should. Employee Christina really helped me out, she was kind and understanding in her service. Thanks for having such lovely personell!

Terrible. I was β€žhelpedβ€œ by a lazy, rude, blonde princess. I was so flabbergasted that I let everything happen. Incredible. I will not avoid that shop but visit again. Prepared and ready to make her day.

Terrible customer experience.Entered store on a Saturday, no one welcomed me even though there was only 1 other customer. I asked for a specific foundation, they said: 'We don't carry that brand, you are better off taking your chip card and going to another Douglas'. I was first of all disgusted by this reply. I'm guess because my Dutch accent was foreign I was socially profiled. Then I briefly said I was looking for a gift for my sister, they didn't help me any further or take the time to help me navigate. Thwre was a Dutch lady that came in after me and she was helped. If I didn't need a gift at that moment I would have left. The 2 blonde ladies that worked Saturday 12/02/2022 at this location should not be working here! If Douglas cares anything about their customers they should consider laying these 2 ladies off. Summary: Terrible customer service and Social Profiling.
