★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, same as all the others. Not always that special in my opinion. I like the line of clothes they re use, so they think about the environment, that's nice. And they have good sales. In every city there s one so you cant miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping there about two weeks ago and wanted to return a top due to sizing.
Rushing to leave work at 5:30 I arrived at store at 5:55. All I wanted to do was return a top... And they rudley refunded. Even though other customers were locked in paying.
As someone who works in a bar at services till he actual close time.... This is super lazy. Try h&m store just south of this one, better sales, less broken product and more friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M should have 0 trust as company! They mess up my order and delivery time, and when i call them there was 0 will to help me in any possible way, all they can say is “sorry, please wait a bit more”.
Poor service, and “scam like” behavior. Last time ordering anything from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Oostpoort H&M yesterday in the changing room & a man was peeking his head into my dressing room. I was so scared, I didn’t catch him in time to see who it was to report him. There were teenage girls in the other dressing room at the time also, so I am also worried it wasn’t just me he was looking at/filming. It would be great if there would be someone at the dressing rooms to keep watch, for our safety. It’s not okay that this happened. Keep in mind there is only women dressing rooms there.

They just added self checkout but if you want to scan a voucher from the app, you have to wait for someone come and help you. They need to put some certain code on the register. Then its almost the same amount of waiting by the long line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's this lady that's always working on the weekend, despite the insane amount of customers and chaos she is super helpful and friendly! Something went wrong at the self check out and she handled it so professional and quickly. I thought me speaking English would be a bit of a language barrier, but she sounds Native!
