★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met een mail adres kon ik een account aan maken op site van dpd en daarmee de track & trace volgen ook kreeg ik per mail bevestig van een status verandering. Was wel tevreden over de service. Ook werd aangegeven als je niet thuis mocht zijn kon je opties aangeven voor het afgeven aan buren of een afgesproken plaats naar keuze. Moet ieder voor zich bepalen maar de optie is er.
 With an email address I was able to create an account on the dpd site and follow the track & trace. I also received confirmation of a status change by email. Was satisfied with the service. It was also indicated if you were not allowed to be at home, you could indicate options for delivering to neighbors or an agreed place of your choice. Everyone has to decide for themselves, but the option is there.
