Wasmachine stuk. Belde begin middag met ze en zou teruggebeld worden dezelfde middag. Niks meer gehoord.
Washing machine piece. Called them early afternoon and would be called back the same afternoon. Heard nothing more.

Ik heb al een tijd geleden een bericht gestuurd met een klacht en vragen over de binnentuin, maar voor zover ik weet heb ik hier nooit een reactie op gekregen. Van mijn onderbuurvrouw hoorde ik een zelfde soort verhaal: ze had wel een klacht (over iets anders) gestuurd, maar geen reactie gekregen.
I have already sent a message a while ago with a complaint and questions about the courtyard, but as far as I know I have never received a response. I heard a similar story from my downstairs neighbor: she had sent a complaint (about something else), but received no response.

De reparateur deed keurig zijn schoenen uit, op verzoek. Was vriendelijk en legde dingen duidelijk uit. Niks op aan te merken !
The repairman neatly took off his shoes, on request. Was friendly and explained things clearly. Nothing to complain about!

They kick you out whenever they want and give no service, even don't reply on messages anymore. Horrible experience.

Multiple emails and chaser calls to get a letter so we can apply for a parking permit with the Gemeente and still no response.

Very poor customer service. The light bulbs in the communal hall are all defect and quit working. After submitting a repair request through their website on 16 March, I heard nothing for 4 months. So I sent an email to Dino Vers, but after sending 3 different emails I got no response. Then, I called on 23 July, and once again asked why the repair service was not taken into consideration. The guy on the phone, Mr. Van Delft, told me he'd look into it but it is now 27 August, more than a month later, and we still have broken lights in the communal hall. Very bad service!
