Courier never showed up and I've received an update: "we missed you" package is now stuck for days at their depot, which is located... 10km from the delivery address and picking it up on your own is not possible. customer service - should be fired and replaced with baboons, those would be more professional and helpful than that team. In brief summary if you want to: wait for your parcel longer than expected call somebody from their CS team every day get empty promises of "next day delivery" by all means choose DPD, they can deliver all of those and more! Update: after 8 days of emails, phone calls both from me and sender and their "investigation" they have decided to return this package to sender due to "wrong address" just...wow. *middle finger*

Shocking service. Was meant to be delivered on a Friday, rang me for three seconds, than drove away. Than it was meant to be delivered on the Wednesday. I sat by my phone all day, but it never came. When I rang them, they claimed that the driver couldn't find my address (absolute rubbish, the address is written on a big sign on the street and the only big building there). They than claimed it would be sent that day. I ring in the evening to find out it had been sent to the UK for some bizarre reason, and no one could tell me why. Absolute joke of a service.

Worst customer service and service I have ever witnessed in my entire life. First they put they delivered it and they haven’t. Then I call and they say they haven’t because the address is wrong (it wasn’t!!!). Then they put in the system the address is right and they told me I will receive the package on Monday. Then I called this morning and they told me I will receive tomorrow instead of today and not only. She hang up on me without even caring about my concerns. And then on the website it says that the recipient information is wrong again.what a shame!!!

Worst experience with DPD, they sent customs charges for my used personal belongings and asked to pay with in 2 days or else they will return.I clearly mentioned in customs invoice that all are my personal belongings. Also the customs invoice they sent doesn't look like given by a customs office. DHL express is the best in dealing with customs.

Absolute garbage service. Every. time. ... there are delays / package broken / wrong address / have to call about status / poor information about tracking + delivery / was home & delivery guy decides to give package to another house. Quite angry about this service - NEVER USE.

Still waiting on a parcel that has been in their warehouse for over two weeks. I call everyday and no one can give me a delivery date, no one knows where my parcel is.

If there is less than one star, I would definitely use it....worst customer service of all time. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life, an idiotic system run by incompetent people. NEVER use their service!!

Can I put less than 1 star for review? I am sitting at home and I just get a mail that delivery will be sent to a pick up location.. They did not even try!
