★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werken we met z'n allen thuis en toch weet de DPD bezorger ons weer te missen en moet het pakket bij een servicecentrum worden opgehaald. Normaal hebben ze ook moeite met een huisnummer toevoeging, want als ze wel komen wordt het pakket bij de buren neergelegd.
De medewerker van het servicecentrum zei, dat DPD vaak pakjes scant in de bus en direct naar het servicecentrum rijdt, zonder aan te bieden bij de klant.
 We all work at home and yet the DPD deliverer knows to miss us again and the package has to be picked up at a service center. Normally they also have trouble adding a house number, because if they do come, the package is left at the neighbors.
The service center employee said that DPD often scans parcels on the bus and drives directly to the service center, without presenting to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slechtste bezorgdienst allertijden zou pakketje krijgen tussen 14:02 en 15:02, bezorger niet geweest laat staan in de straat maar gaf wel aan dat ik niet thuis zou zijn, was om 13:45 thuis, bellen met de klantenserves gaven aan dat ze een bericht zouden sturen naar betreffende depot dat ze vandaag alsnog moeten bezorgen, bel je een uurtje later weer krijg je fijn te horen ja nee dat gaat niet gebeuren hadden ze ook niet toe mogen zeggen want het word morgen pas, dat ze überhaupt nog bestaan met deze slechte serves snap niet dat hun nog klanten hebben

worst delivery service of all time would receive package between 14:02 and 15:02, courier hadn't been let alone in the street but indicated I wouldn't be home, was home at 13:45, calling customer services indicated they had a would send a message to the relevant depot that they still have to deliver today, call you again an hour later you will be told yes no that will not happen they should not have agreed because it will be tomorrow that they still exist with this bad service don't understand they still have customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schande dat dit bedrijf nog altijd door mag gaan met het leveren van wanprestaties. Pakketje weg, pakketje rechtstreeks dumpen bij een afgiftepunt, zogenaamd niet thuis zijn, terwijl dat wel zo was, pakketje beschadigd, een week wachten terwijl ze 24 uursservice beloven enz. enz. Tot nu toe de ervaring dat het meer geluk is dan wijsheid als het wél eens goed gaat.
Shame that this company is still allowed to continue to deliver poor performance. Parcel gone, dumping parcel directly at a drop-off point, supposedly not being at home when it was, parcel damaged, waiting a week while they promise 24 hour service etc. etc. So far the experience that it is more luck than wisdom if it does go well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last three weeks I have been waiting for my luggage which because of DPD Rijssen I will probably never receive. You printed out the wrong address sent my package to Germany and even they sent it back to you. Now you’re holding my package in your depot and I am being told that I cannot reach you but just wait and hope that you’ll decide to deliver again. I also can’t go to the depot because it’s apparently against your policy. So what is the way forward. Just ridiculous
