★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk geholpen bij de registratie als nieuwe patient. Verder alleen nog herhaal recepten aangevraagd. Gaat efficient, met duidelijke communicatie. Het Nederlandse systeem met assistenten is niet voor iedereen begrijpelijk.
 Friendly help with registration as a new patient. Furthermore, only repeat prescriptions requested. Efficient, with clear communication. The Dutch system with assistants is not understandable to everyone.
