O	Oli Bendick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde bei einem akuten Problem obwohl keine Notfallsprechstunde war von der sehr freundlichen Dame in der Annahme ein Termin am gleichen Tag nachmittags angeboten. Die Behandlung beim Doktor war ausführlich freundlich und kompetent. Sicherlich musste ich warten aber ich hatte auch keinen Termin. I was offered an acute problem even though there was no emergency consultation by the very friendly lady, assuming an appointment on the same day in the afternoon. The treatment at the doctor was friendly and competent at length. I certainly had to wait, but I also had no appointment.
V	Vanessa Meres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montag morgen angerufen, nachmittags konnte ich mit Wartezeit vorbei kommen. Die Wartezeit betrug 5 Minuten. Der Arzt hat sich Zeit genommen und konnte mir schnell helfen. Die Arzthelferinnen waren sehr freundlich, sowie der Arzt auch. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe Called Monday morning, in the afternoon I could come by with a wait. The waiting time was 5 minutes. The doctor took his time and was able to help me quickly. The nurses were very friendly, as was the doctor. Thanks for the quick help
A	Alla Rein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklich ,erstmal ist man eine halbe Stunde in der Warteschlange am Telefon und dann die Krönung, man hat Halsschmerzen und wird gar nicht angenommen, hauptsächlich wird draußen PCR Test gemacht und nach Hause geschickt. Wo gibt's denn so was ? Leute was ist hier los ? Dafür habe ich kein Verständnis. Terrible, first you are in the queue on the phone for half an hour and then to top it off, you have a sore throat and are not accepted at all, mainly PCR tests are done outside and sent home. Where can you get that? Folks what's going on here? I don't understand that.

Am 22.12.21 um 11.28 rufte ich in der Praxis an wegen aufeinmal vorkommendem Ohrenschmerzen, aber sehr starke schmerzen. Die Dame sagte mir am Telefon wir haben gleich Feierabend und was Sie mit Ihren schmerzen machen ist mir egal und dann einfach so aufgelegt. Das solche unterqualifizierte Leute mit Dr. Rösler arbeiten ist echt traurig eigentlich wäre Mc Donalds oder so besser für diese Dame vielleicht wäre das ja schon zu viel. Nächste mal werde ich nicht anrufen sondern werde einfsch in die Praxis kommen und mal gucken ob man dann einen Notfallpatienten einfach so wegschicken kann so wie einfach am Telefon auflegt. Und ich werde das hier Persönlich noch dem Dr. Rösler erzählen, ich denke ein Arzt der seit Jahren hier in Rade ist, wird sein ruf durch so einen Mitarbeiter nicht schädigen lassen. I hope Mr. Rösler personally reads this post. On December 22nd, 2011 at 11:28 am I called the practice because I suddenly had an earache, but it was very painful. The lady told me on the phone that we are going to be off work and I don't care what you do with your pain and then just hang up. That such underqualified people with Dr. Working at Rösler is really sad, actually, Mc Donalds or something would be better for this lady, maybe that would be too much. Next time I won't call, I'll just come to the practice and see if you can just send an emergency patient away like you just hang up on the phone. And I will personally give this to Dr. Rösler say, I think a doctor who has been here in Rade for years will not let such an employee damage his reputation.

Für mich ist es normal, dass man mal warten muss. Man nimmt sich genügend Zeit und ist für Notfälle gerne da. Vielen Dank nochmals an das ganze Team! :-) at Dr. Rösler I was given a very warm welcome and very competent advice. All my questions were answered and the treatment worked. For me it's normal to have to wait. You take your time and are always there for emergencies. Thanks again to the whole team! :-)

Leider ist es immer öfter der Fall das man bei Ärzten nicht ernst genommen wird, dieses Gefühl hatte ich bei Ihnen zu keiner Sekunde. Mir wurde zugehört und geholfen. Wartezeit werden immer eine Thema sein, gerade in einer Welt in der alles schnell gehen muss. Da man aber immer darauf hingewiesen wird, stellt das für mich absolut kein Problem dar. Vor allem lohnt es sich, da man hier weiß was man tut. Ich war auf Durchreise in dienstlichen Angelegenheiten und hatte ein akutes Problem. Angerufen, Problem geschildert, mir wurde erklärt ich müsse jedoch Wartezeit einplanen. Ist für mich völlig selbstverständlich, schließlich kann ich nicht erwarten, bei einem Facharzt ohne Termin überhaupt drangenommen zu werden! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen und kompetenter Arzt - vielen Dank für die flotte Hilfe! So I absolutely cannot understand the sometimes outrageous and completely unrealistic reviews. I was passing through on official business and had an acute problem. Called, problem described, I was told I had to plan a waiting time. For me it goes without saying, after all I can't wait to be taken to a specialist doctor without an appointment! Very friendly staff and competent doctor - many thanks for the quick help!
