Dienstag 14.00 war der Techniker bei uns und Zack ?? 16.30 alles neu und installiert .....27 Std. Wahnsinn So a huge compliment to the shop. Monday 11.00 a.m. via WhatsApp due to Corona Vodafone contract. Tuesday 2.00 p.m. the technician was with us and Zack ?? 4.30 p.m. everything was new and installed ..... 27 hours madness

Sowas kann man keinem weiter empfehlen!!! Very impolite. Makes me wait extra so that he can continue chatting on WhatsApp. Asks me about the contents of the dpd package. You can't recommend something like that to anyone!

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut geschult und hat uns einen super Preis für unsere Handis und unseren Festnetz gemacht. The advice is just great. The needs of the customer are specifically addressed and no attempt is made to puff up anything. The employee was very well trained and made us a great price for our cell phones and our landline.

Auch nach 3 Monaten funktioniert alles tadellos. Super friendly staff. I received some really excellent advice. The employee took a lot of time to answer my questions. Als ich am nächsten Tag den Vertrag wieder kündigen wollte, sagte der Herr mir, dies wäre NICHT möglich, da abgeschlossene Verträge IM GESCHÄFT nicht widerrufbar wären. Komisch, dass der Herr bei der Telekom - Hotline den Vertrag ohne weiteres(innerhalb von 14 Tagen) stornieren konnte! At the age of 96, my grandfather was offered an internet and telephone contract, although he ONLY wanted to book a telephone flat rate! Allegedly there would be no tariffs only for the fixed network. When I wanted to cancel the contract the next day, the Lord told me that this would NOT be possible, as contracts concluded IN THE SHOP could not be revoked. Funny that the gentleman at the Telekom hotline could cancel the contract without further ado (within 14 days)!
