★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letztens dort angerufen um einen Termin zu vereinbaren, auf Grund dessen dass ich eine Flasche am Kopf abbekommen habe und somit es gerne abchecken lassen will, selbstverständlich. Ich habe also der Damen am Telefon meine Situation erklärt und gesagt, das ich dringend einen Termin bräuchte. Da ich mich aber auch nicht in dem Fachbereich auskenne, sind mir auch die bestimmten Fachbegriffe nicht bekannt was genau da jetzt untersucht werden muss. Daraufhin war die Dame am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und meinte dann Sie könne mir auch nicht weiterhelfen und das ein Termin erst ab März möglich wäre.
Last called there to make an appointment, because I got a bottle on my head and would like to have it checked, of course. So I explained my situation to the women on the phone and said that I urgently needed an appointment. However, since I am also not familiar with the field, I am not aware of the specific technical terms, which is exactly what needs to be examined now. Then the lady on the phone was very rude and said that she could not help me and that an appointment would only be possible from March.
