Wir sind bestens beraten worden, auch sind Vor- und Nachteile von verschiedenen Modellen aufgezeigt worden. Letztendlich haben wir uns für eine Siebträgermaschine mit passender Mühle von Smeg entschieden und sind super zufrieden. We were looking for a new coffee machine because our fully automatic machine broke down. We received the best advice, and the advantages and disadvantages of various models were shown. Ultimately, we opted for a portafilter machine with a suitable grinder from Smeg and we are extremely satisfied.

Ich kann Hausgeräte Wiehlpütz ausnahmslos empfehlen und unsere Maschine brüht wahrscheinlich weitere 10000 Tassen Kaffee :) The super friendly employees have made our 15-year-old Jura coffee machine in top shape again. At a very fair price. I can recommend Hausgeräte Wiehlpütz without exception and our machine will probably brew another 10,000 cups of coffee :)

Alle meine Fragen konnten geklärt werden. Und schon am Nachmittag wurde die neue Maschine durch freundliche Mitarbeiter bis an den Verwendungsort geliefert. Wir erhielten dann noch einen Anruf, um uns an die Cashback-Aktion des Herstellers zu erinnern. Prima Service - gerne wieder competent, friendly, fast and uncomplicated My washing machine broke in the morning. I was advised in detail by competent specialist staff. All of my questions could be resolved. And in the afternoon, the new machine was delivered to the place of use by friendly employees. We then received a call to remind us of the manufacturer's cashback campaign. Great service - gladly again

Ein kleines, kaum gebrauchtes Ersatzteil wurde zum Neupreis verkauft. Unfriendly staff. Supposedly cleaned and disinfected device was dirtier than before, cleaning was still charged. A small, hardly used spare part was sold at new price.

Ab dem Zeitpunkt herrschte völlige Funkstille. Nachdem ich dann selbst zweimal angerufen habe, brachte ich in Erfahrung, dass besagte Kaffeemaschine am 7.2. eintreffen sollte. An dem Tag wurde mir im Laden gesagt, die Maschine sei immer noch nicht da. Ich habe sie dann im Saturn gekauft (entgegen der Versicherungen des Verkäufers, die Maschine sei nicht zu bekommen). Die ganze Zeit kein Anruf, keine Nachricht, gar nichts. Guter Service sieht für mich anders aus!! Still well served with one star. I ordered a coffee maker in early January. It should be here by the end of January. From then on there was complete radio silence. After I called twice myself, I found out that the coffee machine in question was closed on February 7th. should arrive. That day I was told at the store that the machine was still not there. I then bought it at Saturn (contrary to the seller's assurances that the machine was not available). No call, no text, nothing the whole time. Good service looks different to me!!

The delivery and installation employees are equally friendly and helpful. I recommend this place over the larger impersonal electronics shops any day!
