Herr Pelzer hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und ist fachlich sowie zwischenmenschlich sehr kompetent. Just great! Friendly staff, you get an appointment quickly and don't have long waiting times. K	Kim K (Female Romeo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu Dr.Pelzer kann ich nichts sagen, jedoch rate ich dringend von der Wahl des Paliativarztes bei Dr Kroll sich nochmal anderweitig umzuschauen. Zuvor war ich in dem Bereich nur wirklich gute und einfühlsame ärzte wie Dr schwarzer gewohnt, deshalb dachte ich alle wären ähnlich vom Umgang her. Die direkte Art von Dr Kroll stellte kein Problem dar, jedoch empfand ich es als unverschämt dass er während meine Mutter im Sterben lag extrem laut am Sterbebett telefonierte, über seinen Urlaub sprach etc. Die Zeit hätte ich lieber noch mit meiner Mutter in Ruhe verbracht anstatt dem Arzt beim Lachen und schreien zuzuhören. Zudem hat dies meine Mutter in ihren letzten Lebensstunden sehr unruhig gemacht. Zusätzlich war es am Ende extrem unorganisiert, der Arzt musste erstmal lautstark telefonieren bevor er wusste wie er die Morphinpumpe umstellt und auch die andere Pumpe die sie am Ende bekommen sollte um es ihr zu erleichtern damit sie im Schlaf sterben kann kam erst nach ihrem Tod an, obwohl sie am Tag davor schon sagte, dass sie das gern so machen würde.. und für Leute mit btm Erfahrung, bitte sucht euch einen anderen Arzt, der weiß, dass ihr eine andere Dosierung der Schmerzmittel braucht. Die Schwestern waren zum Teil große Klasse aber zum anderen Teil auch wirklich komplett unbrauchbar. I can't say anything about Dr. Pelzer, but I strongly advise you to look elsewhere when choosing a palliative care physician from Dr. Kroll. Before that, I was only used to really good and sensitive doctors like Dr Schwarzer in this area, so I thought everyone was similar in terms of handling. The direct nature of Dr Kroll was not a problem, but I found it rude that while my mother was dying, he was phoning extremely loudly on the deathbed, talking about his vacation, etc. I would have preferred to have spent the time with my mother in peace instead listening to the doctor laugh and scream. In addition, this made my mother very restless in the last hours of her life. In addition, it was extremely disorganized at the end, the doctor first had to make a loud phone call before he knew how to switch the morphine pump and also the other pump that she was supposed to get in the end to make it easier for her to die in her sleep only arrived after her death , although she said the day before that she would like to do it.. and for people with btm experience, please find another doctor who knows you need a different dosage of painkillers. The sisters were partly great but partly really completely useless.

P	Pflegedienst DreiZwoNeunAchtAcht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Ärzte!! Kümmern sich grandios um unsere Bewohner!! Immer freundlich und stehen uns Pflegekräften immer beratend zur Seite. Palliative Versorgung ist absolut herzlich. Der Patient steht immer im Vordergrund. Macht weiter so. Zudem bringen Dr Kroll und Dr Pelzer immer eine Priese Humor mit, das ist sehr erfrischend in unserem Alltag :-) Great Doctors!! Take great care of our residents!! Always friendly and always available to advise us nurses. Palliative care is absolutely heartfelt. The patient always comes first. Keep it up. In addition, Dr Kroll and Dr Pelzer always bring a pinch of humor with them, which is very refreshing in our everyday life :-)

Die Arzthelferinnen sind ebenfalls immer freundlich. Abgesehen davon, dass leider keine Termine vereinbart werden können, möchte ich Ihn nicht missen. Er hat mir schon oft geholfen, vielen Dank an die Praxis von Dr.Pelzer! As far as I can tell, Mr Pelzer is the best doctor. Very emphatic, takes his time, helps and explains clearly. The nurses are always friendly too. Apart from the fact that unfortunately no appointments can be made, I wouldn't want to miss him. He has helped me many times, many thanks to Dr. Pelzer's practice!
