Ich war bisher wegen meinem Problem bei mehreren HNO-Ärzten, jedoch bekam ich immer eine "abfuhr" nach ein oder zwei lausigen Tests. Dr. med. Steffi Jacobs aber kümmerte sich gut darum und hatte Verständnis für mein Leiden. Sie ließ alle möglichen Tests und Untersuchungen an mir machen und kümmerte sich um die Behebung meines Leidens. Danke vielmals an die Tolle Ärztin und ihren freundlichen Helferinnen Competent and nice helpers. Dr. med. Steffi Jacobs is very understanding and always has an ear for ailments. I have been to several ENT doctors because of my problem, but I always got a "lump" after one or two lousy tests. Dr. med. Steffi Jacobs took good care of it and understood my suffering. She had all kinds of tests and examinations done on me and took care of the relief of my suffering. Many thanks to the great doctor and her friendly helpers
H	Hermann H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Termin bekommt man recht schnell und man ist auch schnell an der Reihe, wenn man im Wartezimmer sitzt. Dr. med. Jacobs ist sehr nett und nimmt sich auch viel Zeit für den Patienten - wenn es sein muss. Allerdings konnte Sie mir nicht wirklich bei meinem Hauptproblem weiterhelfen (chronischer Tinnitus). Sie hat mir von einem Masker und Noiser abgeraten und hat mir auch keine weiteren Empfehlungen für meinen chronischen Tinnitus gegeben. Ich würde schon sagen, dass ich einen ausgeprägten Tinnitus habe und ich wäre erfreut gewesen, wenn Sie mir wenigstens zu einer Retraining-Therapie geraten hätte oder sie mir verschrieben hätte. Überdies hatte Sie mich zu einer MRT-Untersuchung überwiesen, die ich auch machen ließ. Allerdings hat diese meinen Tinnitus etwas verschlechtert, da das Gerät sehr laut werden kann. Eigentlich tendiere ich nur zu drei Sternen, allerdings schätze ich, dass Sie nett ist, zuhören kann und einen ernst nimmt. You can get an appointment pretty fast and it's also fast on your turn if you sit in the waiting room. Dr. med. Jacobs is very nice and also takes a lot of time for the patient - if need be. However, she could not really help me with my main problem (chronic tinnitus). She advised me against a masker and noiser and gave me no further recommendations for my chronic tinnitus. I would say that I have a pronounced tinnitus and I would have been pleased if you had advised me at least to a retraining therapy or prescribed me. Moreover, she had referred me to an MRI scan, which I also had done. However, this has worsened my tinnitus a bit because the device can become very loud. Actually, I only tend to three stars, but I appreciate that she is nice, can listen and take you seriously.

M	Martin Dehn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich nicht beklagen! Durch einen Arbeitsunfall ist mir trommelfell geplatzt. Wurde direkt behandelt obwohl kein Patient in dieser Praxis bin. Nachkontrolle verlief ebenfalls ohne Probleme. I can not complain! An occupational accident caused me to burst eardrum. Was treated directly although no patient is in this practice. Follow-up also went without problems.

Teils herablassende Art bei der man das Gefühl vom ersten Besuch an bekommt, entweder unerwünscht zu sein oder mit seinen Fragen/Problemen, im Bezug auf sein Leiden, Ihr auf die Nerven zu gehen. Hierzu vielleicht mal ein Beispiel an den Arzthelferinnen nehmen Frau Doktor. . . Takes insufficient or little time for the patient. Partly condescending way in which you get the feeling from the first visit, either to be undesirable or to get on your nerves with your questions / problems in relation to your suffering. Maybe take an example from the doctor's assistants. . .
